This is a print of my original painting of Girls that Code. This image is near and dear to me. It really brought me such happiness in many ways.
I remember my first calculator. It was a radio shack hunk of black plastic with a red LED read out. I carried that thing every place with me. I couldn't do math with it to save my life and pretty much still can't. But I can code. Who would have thought it. I love to write code, create websites, work with style sheets and help the boys learn blockly. Gavin joined the coding club this year after school and it has made a HUGE DIFFERENCE FOR HIM. I had the privilege of being able to attend his club and it was night and day difference for him. I sketched some of the adorable girls who were in the club with him. Find your happy!
